There is a growing trend within organisations to include a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) element within their Incentive Travel Programme. This can be as little, or as much, as you choose....
Some companies like to their delegates to 'get their hands dirty' and help local communities plant crops or paint school rooms, for example. Others like to encourage delegates to raise funds before they travel and present the money or gift during their visit.
CSR can include going into schools, helping local communities or protecting wildlife and depends on your chosen destination.
If you would like to build a CSR into your Incentive Travel Programme, we will be very pleased to help you achieve it.
Some Companies already have an internal CSR policy where they may, for example, help local charities.
Other Companies want to make a difference but haven't quite made a start yet..
This is a great opportunity to either extend your current Policy, or introduce a totally different element, into your Travel Incentive Programme.

We have strong links with organisations in many countries where communities benefit greatly from such projects. See below for a few examples.
There are many options - from helping local schools in Zambia, working with the pink Dolphins in the Amazon, building bicycles for the local community in Vietnam or darting rhino in South Africa to help protect them.
The following are just some ideas...
AMAZON SUMMER SCHOOL
The Amazonas Sustainable Foundation is responsible for assisting poor and sometimes isolated communities in educating their kids. They assign volunteers to volunteer projects available for that year – these projects have emerged from a process of consultation with local communities and the people who have worked in the Amazon for long periods of time. That was the way they found to ensure that the work will be done by our volunteers is focused on community and responds to a real need.
List of volunteer projects:
1 – Teach English
2 – Give Swimming Lessons
3 – Give Guitar Lessons
4 – Supporting the Construction of Hostels and Community Centers
CHIEF MUKUNI VILLAGE, ZAMBIA
Just 7 kilometres from the world heritage site of Victoria Falls, lies the rural Mukuni Village – home of the Leya people. In existence since the eleventh century, the village has a population of approximately 7000 and is still ruled by its traditional healer, His Royal Highness Chief Mukuni. Gain a fascinating insight into the lifestyle of the village’s local people and learn about their traditions and customs with a Chief Mukuni’s Village Visit where you will get a unique opportunity to see how the local people live in a working village. A member of the village will show you around the village homes and Chief Mukuni’s palace. On your visit you’ll be able to sample traditional beer and food, and see how traditional huts are built and decorated, take a look inside, meet the residents and see the locals at work.
Don’t forget to take some local currency with you, and shop for souvenirs of your Victoria Falls holiday at the village’s developing curios market, selling intricate wood carvings, stoneware, jewellery and baskets.
